Recently refurbished and fully equipped with boiler for hot water, radiator heating and a/ac. You will have access from the street to the flat. The space It is a newly refurbished flat, close to the metro Ascao and Metro La Almudena (which takes you straight to Puerta del Sol). The apartment has all the facilities that my guests enjoy: - It consists of one floor, being at street level access, it is not necessary to climb stairs and is ideal for people with reduced mobility, has a double bed located in the room, fully equipped kitchen, utensils and utensils needed, a bathroom with shower. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. It also has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, portable clothes horse, heating (radiators) and portable fans. Other IMPORTANT features to note: - As this is a newly refurbished flat, we do not yet have the possibility to show you comments about it as we would like to, but we are sure you will feel at home! External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
