Newly remodeled guest house right off the 417. Around 35 minutes from Disney World and less than 10 minutes to UCF and research park area. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of unique fruit trees and even honeybee hives that you can see from the bedroom window! Guest access You'll have full, private access to the guest house to include a private entrance. There is plenty of parking on the street, please park with the front end of your vehicle no further forward than the little free library. For anyone who arrives late, there is solar powered lighting to show you the way!
