This professionally designed casita provides breathtaking views of ABQ skyline, Rio Grande River and Sandia Mountains. Located on a gated private street with only 4 other homes. This perfect getaway location in a serene setting is within a ten minute drive from ABQ Old Town and Downtown. The space Find us @casitaconvista 1,200 sq ft casita is a guesthouse located behind the main house. There is a short fence separating the casita from the backyard of the main house. You will follow a pathway to the casita straight from the carport. The backyard is not fully fenced on the backside of the casita. The hottub will be available for your private use during the stay. The hottub is not enclosed and has a view of the city and neighboring houses. The casita was originally built in the 50’s and lovingly renovated by us with a professional designer. The kitchen, bathroom, dining area and the living room have lower ceilings ranging from 6’ to 7’, that was a standard height for pueblo homes at the time. The bedroom area and the rest of the house has high ceilings of 10’. The front gate code is provided at check in, to leave the property you must be in a vehicle, the gate does not open to pedestrians from the inside.
