The space A sprawling holiday home positioned amidst glorious views, vast expanses of lush greenery and expansive outdoor spaces, The Pool - Dam View Villa makes for a serene getaway. The immaculate, minimal interiors complement the spacious facade. This three-bedroom home boasts a lounge-worthy living room, a Deck with Farm and Dam view, and a manicured lawn complete with swings and other outdoor furnishings. Clearly, it poses as the perfect holiday home for a relaxing getaway! De Casa Celio is an off-grid art residency and a farm stay located near Girnare Village, District Nashik, North-East Maharashtra, at the back waters of Gangapur Dam. ~ TRAVEL ~ The place is 25 mins drive from Nasik(Serene Medows), 10 mins drive from Fravashi International School/ MTDC Boat Club and 5 mins drive from Girnare Village. Most of the Roads are proper except for a 100meter patch driving towards the Villa where our staff will be there to assist you. ~ Villa ~ The 'De Casa Celio' has a Pool, Deck, Oudoor Sports, AC, Kitchen, Indoor Games, Books, Karoke, Wifi on the premises. The cottage is a comfortable & spacious for 6 adults/family. On a higher side it can easily accommodate 4 more guests. The cottage has a separate entrance, 3 bedrooms, a living room, 4 washrooms, Driver Washroom, Well, Pool, Parking, Ground, Farm & a sit our area. If there are additional members (Above age 5 years) we can make a comfortable arrangement in the living rooms for an additional charge per person. Please note the Villa is a property situated near village Girnare and is near Nashik having said so it is still not safe to stay out without being attended by our staff and is strictly advisable to keep doors and windows closed at all times for your own safety. ~ F O O D ~ We would love to cook for you. We can serve freshly cooked vegetarian meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Hi-tea/Dinner) at an additional charge depending on your liking. We can set-up special arrangements for a small celebration. We would need you to share your availability & likings 72 hour prior to your visit. ~ W E A T H E R ~ Located by the dam and surrounded by hills weather is an integral part of experience. Winters (Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb) is the best time ranging from cool to cold with a morning mist. Summers (March, April, May, June) so are hot afternoons but pleasant and cool evenings with brown landscape. Monsoon (June, July & Aug) no doubt is at its best with heavy rainfall and lush green landscape.
