Property is located just a few minutes from Main Street, many Bayfront parks, World class beaches, arts centers and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. Interior furnishings curated from top designer brands (DWR, Bludot, Casper). The space Master bedroom comes with a king size bed and a customized California walk in closet. The master bedroom has a task chair and desk for dedicated office work. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and sizable closet with shelf space. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa. Each room has remote controlled flat panel displays for 3 in total. The living room seats six at the dining table. There is a dedicated sizable laundry room. Additionally there is a dog park on the premise. Amenities included such as a pool, hot tub, gym, grill , and fire pit. Guest access Guests need to be registered in Envera security gate system for car access. For long stays, and RFID pass will be provided at the expense of the host for easy in and out ($50). One dedicated covered parking garage space is included. EV charging is available on premise but has to be paid for by guest. Other things to note The rate might seem expensive but comp hotels are either in a worse location or have much less livable space. Also, host pays for each guest 150 dollar application stay fee. The current unit is one of the few larger sized units on the water front and has been designed with custom ceiling fans, lighting , and designer furniture. The entire complex is near completion and its full beauty is maturing as the famed local architects from Hoyt Architects had imagined.
