Step inside to a cozy sitting area with a 43" Smart TV, perfect for streaming. Enjoy meals by the window at an intimate dining table, and find a well-stocked coffee station behind the sofa. The open kitchen features a new washer and dryer, plus a variety of kitchenware, including a blender, toaster, pots, pans, and baking dishes. Spices are provided for your culinary creations. Down the hall, a tastefully decorated full bathroom awaits, stocked with towels and essentials. The first bedroom offers a dresser, closet, and a queen bed with a plush 12" memory foam mattress. The primary suite at the end of the hall includes a workspace for remote work, a queen bed, a 40" Smart TV, and a full bathroom. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day in Chattanooga. You'll have full access to this entire unit (the left side of a duplex) as well as the unfenced lawn space directly outside of your unit. I travel frequently and likely won't be in town when you arrive, but I'm just a message away! If you need help during your stay, I also have local resources that can assist if needed. Glenwood is a quiet, working class neighborhood that is super convenient to Downtown Chattanooga, South Side, and all of the main expressways. As with any city property, please be aware of your surroundings and lock up behind you and make sure to leave valuables out of plain sights when parking your car. Fun Fact: We have found that traveling healthcare tend to love this location because it is so close to the 3 main hospitals in Chattanooga. There is plenty of free street parking in front of of the house. Please park any cars on the street in front of the home. We love our neighbors next door, so please keep them happy by not parking in their driveway! Looking to bring your dog with you?
