Cute character home near city

Stay in this recently renovated, gorgeous character home. It's modern, light, airy and comfortable. Room: You'll be in the large master bedroom, with private ensuite and walk in robe. It's a queen bed and the room has a ceiling fan, block out blinds and sheer curtains. House: Shared kitchen and living area that is fully equipped and comfortable to relax in. TV, Netflix able, internet. There is aircon in the dining/living area. Access: Check yourself in with a key safe on the property. The space There are two other rooms upstairs that are also occasionally rented out or that I have friends and family stay in. My partner and I live separately downstairs with a dog. We both work full time and are quite active. When you do happen to see us we are warm and welcoming and are happy to chat or give you tips on our favourite local coffee shops, markets, bike or running routes and of course pizza and icecream restaurants nearby. The house is an older Queenslander which has a lot of character but also has creaky floorboards and not much soundproofing. This means that you may hear other guests and us move around throughout your stay and we recommend that you consider this or plan in advance. Overall it's a quiet neighbourhood and everyone in the house is considerate and respectful of others. Guest access You are welcome to stay and relax in the kitchen and living room with air conditioning and make use of the TV, books and games. There are some nice outdoor areas with a daybed on the front porch that gets the morning sun and outdoor table downstairs looking out into the backyard. It's a lovely neighbourhood setting that's very convenient and house that feels like a home. Other things to note There is a guide dog in training that lives downstairs at the property. She is very friendly and loves to say hello.
