The space The apartment is located on the 3º and last floor (with elevator) of a quiet condominium in the town center. It consists of: a large living room with dining area and double sofa bed (2 beds), a full kitchen separated from the living room, a double bedroom (2 beds), a bedroom with two single beds (2 beds), a bathroom with shower and small bathtub, a large balcony and a storage room. For bookings up to 4 guests the sofa bed is not prepared while for bookings with 5 guests the double bed, a single bed and the double sofa bed are prepared. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note → Check-in 14:00-19:00 The check-in time has to be agreed because being a private apartment there is no reception open 24 hours a day. If you wish to check-in at a time other than those indicated, we ask you to let us know. We try to be as flexible as possible to please our guests! → Check-out 8:00-10:00 Check-out is also done in person. If you wish to check-out at a time other than those indicated, we ask you to let us know. → Tourist tax From 1/04/2024 the Municipality of Novate Milanese has added a tourist tax: € 3 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and only for guests over 16 years old) to be given in cash at check-in. → Air conditioning It is available on request only in the summer period and has a cost of € 7 per night.
