Beautiful New England lakeside retreat only minutes from New England's most populous city! NOTE: You are renting a private bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy (shared) access to the main living areas of this nicely appointed home along with many unique features such as hot tub, kayaks, home gym, and nearby rail trail. But the highlight of this beautiful location is the 100+ frontage along Namaske Lake. Watch the sunrise over breakfast on the 42' deck or soak in the large hot tub under the stars. The space This property is a duplex house. Your private bedroom and bathroom are part of my 1800 sq foot upstairs unit (there is one set of stairs to access the unit). Two sliding glass doors provide access to the 42' deck across the entire back of the house, complete with hot tub, hammock, grill, dining patio set, and lounge patio set. Half of the deck (and half of the hot tub) are protected from inclement weather by a roof. Guest access You will be able to access the entire upstairs unit. Although the main living spaces are shared, your access will take priority -- kitchen, deck, living room, etc. The same applies to amenities such as the TV, the hot tub, the indoor gym, the kayaks, etc. The only areas off-limits are my own bedroom/bath, my office, and the garage. During your stay Other than my home office (formerly the Dining Room) and the Master suite, you will have full priority access to the living space including the Deck, Living Room and Kitchen as well as the amenities such as appliances, TV, hot tub, and grill. I am equally happy to socialize or to respect your privacy. The only limits to my availability are during any work meetings (during normal business hours) or when I am in my bedroom with the door closed.
