Independent accommodation attached to the owner's house not far from the beaches (5 min drive). Come and spend your stay in the heart of Léon, vegetable and maritime area. Ideally located close to local amenities and major roads to explore the area while remaining in the calm of the countryside. No smoking allowed No pets For summer rentals (July-August), rentals are only by the week from Saturday to Saturday (no shorter stays) The space The 50 square meter accommodation consists of a main living room with kitchen area and living room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen equipped with a gas stove with gas oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with small upper freezer compartment. Living room, dining area with round table for 4, sofa and TV (DTT channels) Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190, and a "dressing" room for your luggage. 350 g duvet, duvet cover, pillowcase, fitted sheet provided. Towels and dish towels are provided. Outside, a place for your parking at the foot of the accommodation and a small independent terrace to enjoy the Breton sun... In case a few things are missing, come knock on the neighbors, it's us! Guest access Independent and free entrance a stone's throw from the parking space. Other things to note We don't want guests with pets, not because we don't like them but because we also have pets that are easily disturbed by the presence of new companions! If bikes or other mobility equipment, we can store them in an enclosed courtyard but no shelters. 1 parking space only, no connection (camping car/electric car)
