We are not a party location. and therefore loud music is not allowed and after 01:00 AM we are quiet. The price on Airbnb is incl sleepover. Extra guests, you always announce before arrival. Also extra guests that join the day-program and don't sleepover need to be notified. You pay extra for this. Other things to note Music ( if not too loud) in the house is possible but will always be switched of after 01.00 hours ! The host and guest will check togeter the loudness of the music !
