Kick back, relax, and enjoy the view in this delightful, 1 bedroom w/ livingroom suite. 20 mins from beaches, downtown, Sea World, Zoo. 2 mi to Grossmont Hosp, 8 mi to SDSU, 3 mi to Gillespie Field The suite is attached on the side of a house. But it is completely separate and has its own private entrance. The back patio & side breezeway are just for you. The rest of the backyard is private for owners only. Free, reserved, off-street parking. The space This suite includes a private, fenced entrance, a living room, full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. (We can set up a rollaway bed which is a bit smaller than a single bed, if needed.) The bedroom has a beautiful view through the sliding glass door that leads to the patio area with a pool table. The covered, private breezeway has outdoor seating to enjoy our delightful San Diego weather. Guest access The parking space is reserved for you right in front of the suite's gated entry. Three steps up to the front door. Keyless smartlock. A short fence separates your back patio space from the homeowner's backyard which is reserved for them only. The suite is attached to a house. Inside the unit there are two locked deadbolts that provide privacy by sectioning off the suite from the rest of the house. There is also a locked, inaccessible utility closet inside the suite. Other things to note Be aware that the kitchenette, located in the living room area, does not include a range but we do have a portable induction burner, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, and cookware. There is a security light and camera over the guest parking area.
