Smart home includes Schlage door locks and Ring door bell to expedite your check in process. Alexa is integrated all throughout the house to help you control the entire house with voice commands including the thermostat. Smart TVs are placed in every bedroom. The Nest beanbag can be opened to create a Queen size mattress that can be used as a topper on the pull-out sofa or as a stand alone floor mattress. Other things to note Parking: The main house driveway is available to you. Street parking is free between 4 pm and 8 am M-F and anytime on weekends in the designated white boxes (there are posted placards if you are not sure). Street parking is first come-first served. Noise: Gainesville is primarily a college town and as such there are many student rentals in the area. During football season and festive holidays, you may hear noise from these houses nearby which can go into the late evening hours, especially if you are enjoying the outdoor amenities. From our experience, very little can be heard from inside the main home and the studio. Please note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. Any additional products will need to be purchased by the guest. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.
