Blue Pearl Galveston. Walk to Beach. 3 Decks

The Galveston Blue Pearl is a bright, modern 3BR/2BA beach house on Galveston’s quiet West End. Just 350 steps to a no-vehicle beach, making it especially great for kids. Enjoy three decks for sun or shade, a full kitchen, outdoor hot/cold shower, picnic tables, charcoal grill, and yard games like corn hole & ladder toss. Easy, relaxed coastal living for families and friends but easy access to Moody Gardens, the Strand, Sea wall, more. The space I recently purchased this Galveston beach house for my own enjoyment and a place for family to gather. I picked it for its location (on the West End, but still easy access to all Galveston has to offer); its proximity to beach (It is on beach side of road, 350 steps to beach) and for a relaxed, low-key neighborhood. It is also fairly new (built in 2016) so problems should be minimal. I am not ready to retire yet so I would like others to be able to share my house while I am not there. I have necessities for your stay of course, (linens, towels, full kitchen, etc.) but also items such as beach bags, beach chairs, etc. to make your day on the beach more enjoyable. Even a wagon to pull your stuff to the beach. Just bring your own beach towels. I updated house photos in Dec 2022. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. I will have my personal stuff locked in a closet. There is room for 5 cars MAX in front of the house. No street parking. Walk to the beach. Just turn left from my house and walk 1.5 blocks to the beach. There are chairs, boogey board, kids toys and a wagon to haul it all to beach. Outside hot/cold shower to wash sand off when you get back. Other things to note My house is NOT a party house. It is geared for families and get-togethers. If you want to have a blow-out party, it won't work here. I don't auto-book because I want to ask people the purpose of the gathering. I have never rejected a guest unless they were underage (25 y.o. min.) or planned a party that would be disturbing to my neighbors. Registration Details GVR-06210
