Ohana House - Surfside Beach Oceanside Village

This is our family home located in the Oceanside Village community at Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The home is approximately a 2 minute walk to private beach access. Guests have full access to the 3 pools, hot tub, kids' splash pad, private community library, basketball & tennis courts, baseball field, playground andmore! New central AC system as of July 2025. Limo golf cart available to rent for $50/day. $200 refundable deposit required. Guest access The entire home plus community amenities and private community beach access. We do not rent to anyone under 21. There are no parties allowed on this property. Other things to note Please bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For weekly rentals starter amounts will be provided. (One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags, small dish soap, small hand soap). You must bring your own beach towels. Linens are provided. No parties or large group gatherings of unregistered guests.
