Each room delivers splashes of playful color, making each space its own, and also a part of the cohesively artful ethos of the house. The eclectic vibe of Watercolor is only enhanced by the functionality achieved by added amenities. Two of the bedrooms easily convert into studies, reading rooms, or reflection rooms that also serves as a sleeping areas, with flatscreen televisions. In addition to the living room, the master bedroom also has a fireplace to keep you warm on chilly nights in Chicago. The kitchen takes you to the ocean with its beautifully porcelain floor and accents. You simply won't want to leave The Watercolor House. Guest access In addition to the entire 1st floor of The Watercolor House, which includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms, guests also have access to the full backyard, complete with gazebo, gas grill, and patio loungers. The lovely center fire pit is an amazing amenity, perfect for keeping warm, s'more making, and tender talks. Other things to note We have stocked pantry/cabinet goods at The Watercolor House so that if you happen to check in late, at minimum, you'd have basic rice and spaghetti options for cooking in a pinch. The Watercolor House is literally 2 blocks from every retail need you might have! There are 2 grocery stores, 2 Dunkin Donuts, a CVS, Walgreens, Binny's, a plethora of restaurants (Olive Garden, Miller's Alehouse, Chik-fil-a, Chili's, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Robin, Cain's, McDonald's, Panera, Starbuck's, Smoothie King, Popeye's, Burger King, Subway, Buffalo Wild Wings, Wing Stop, Five Guys, and Jimmy John's), not to mention Chicago's Legendary Home Run Inn Pizza and Portillo's, home of the incredible Chicago Style Hot Dog (did we mention that they now have a plant-based dog?!?! So good!). There is also a Verizon Wireless, The Vitamin Shop, Michael's, Best Buy, Old Navy, The Gap, Ross, Office Depot, and a Dollar Store as well as Party City. Finally, if none of those suit your fancy, The North Riverside Mall is less than a half mile from the front door of The Watercolor House.
