Owner lives on 1st floor in home & has several indoor/outdoor cats. Cat friendly pets welcome. Boat/camper/ATV off street parking available, outside outlets for battery charging. The space Quiet country setting between Crab Orchard Lake and Rend Lake, 15 mins from Walker's Buff Casino & Winery, 1 block from dog friendly park and gaming lounges, 20 min scenic drive from SIU Carbondale and John A Logan College and several local wineries and restaurants. Perfect location for fishing, hunting & hiking and gambling. Outdoor outlets for battery charging. Off street parking for boats/campers/ATV's Guest access Access to back deck with patio furniture, portable fire pit and small BBQ grill. Can use microwave and refrigerator in kitchen. During your stay Please call or text anytime and pls leave messages as I work from home and may be busy. You can wake me up if you need a late check-in. We have a DOORBELL at the back door. No candles, wax burners, hot plates or cooking in rooms. Other things to note Use of cannabis allowed on back deck or outside. Tobacco products OUTSIDE only. Please feel free to open or close windows and use fans or air conditioner in room. Paper towels are provided. DO NOT use wash cloths or towels as napkins. Pet dishes and bedding available. No candles, wax burners, hot plates or cooking in rooms. Indoor/outdoor cats live in home, please keep this in mind if you are allergic. CLAW FOOT TUB is the original from 1910 and you will notice variations in the color which is characteristic of its age, however it is sanitized between guests. Bedding will vary.
