The apartment shares a parking area with the house unit on the same lot. This studio apartment provides value and comfort for guests looking for an efficient and way to travel to our lovely town. The vaulted kitchen is big enough for guests to whip up a nice meal fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The kitchen and living space flow right together which the living space also has vaulted lighting and a two person sofa. Guests looking to stay in a more eclectic and rustic space will enjoy this cozy little nook. DISCLAIMERS. BE ADVISED. 1) AGE: This apartment was originally built as an additional workspace to the storefront roughly 30 years ago. It was never intended to be a permanent residence so the quality of the construction is not to todays standards. Many parts of the residence are showing it's age. There are different styles of flooring that do not match, the floors of the apartment are uneven in several places and does have a few "soft spots", the metal roof is discolored and showing signs of wear (but it does not leak), the siding has some rotted parts near the foundation. Parts of the fence surrounding the parking area are run-down. 2) SHARED PARKING: The parking lot is shared with the house next door. Note: If bringing a pet, please make sure to read the pet fee information under additional rules. The pet fee is a separate charge from the reservation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, and will share the common graveled backyard w/ the home next door. Other things to note You agree that the pet fee charge is a separate charge than the reservation fee. More details in the House Rules.
