Limited Parking! Parking is limited with room for only one vehicle in front. Must not block other vehicles. If parked, leave room for others to back up and exit driveway. There is no cable/satellite TV at this property. Guests may sign into their own streaming services to watch TV. This home does NOT have a BBQ grill. NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere in or around the property. This includes outside spaces such as the front porch and back decks. This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
