The boutique hotel is located on the seventh floor of the John Hand building, part of Birmingham's iconic “Heaviest Corner on Earth” intersection. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the construction of the neoclassical skyscraper was completed in 1912. The hotel still showcases many of the original architectural features like bronze moldings and marble-covered walls and floors.
