It consists of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and wc. Private parking in a closed courtyard and two outdoor parking lots nearby. Village offering sports and cultural activities, 15 min from the motorway and 25 min from Bourges. The space T2 of 17 m² consisting of a living room with kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge, microwave, small filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery...) and a 2-seater sofa bed as well as a bedroom with a 140 bed, dressing room storage for your personal belongings. The bathroom is adjoining with basin, wc and shower. We have also installed reversible air conditioning and manual and electric shutters. Guest access You will have access to a small terrace area specially reserved for the T2 where you will find a table and four chairs. We provide private parking in the courtyard of the residence. Access to the swimming pool (inground wooden swimming pool of 2m*6m*1m30) is possible in the summer period (from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) - access closed by a barrier.
