The space We offer 30 nights minimum stay at a very affordable price!! Casa Comanche is a recently remodeled cozy home with modern decor and unique design. Guests love Casa Comanche because it’s proximity to all of the great things Orange County has to offer and makes it the perfect home base for their trip. The house is located less than 2 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm and 7 minutes from Disneyland. Guests should be aware that access to pool area is not gated or screened and responsible adult supervision must always be present. Guest access While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code. Other things to note - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS OF ANY KIND and NO LOUD MUSIC. No gathering outside past 10 PM, this is strictly enforced. - No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM. • Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you. By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests disclosed on your reservation and there will be zero visitors during your stay. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 / 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦 Our house has three outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows: - Camera at front porch/front door - Overhead camera overlooking the front yard area above the garage door - Overhead camera across the pool at backyard area We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home. Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited. EXTRA GUESTS: Each guest after the 2nd guest cost $20 per person, per night. Please make sure to put the right number of guests. It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of Airbnb and our insurance. Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50 per person/night. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Early Check-in Late Check-out Requests: Please be advised that Early Check-in and or Late Check-out is subject for review and approval.
