Hi , I am renting my 30 m2 studio ideally located between the Stade de France and Paris and the Adidas Arena (7 min by bike - there are Vélib' stations 2 steps away - 18 min walk) The studio includes a queen size bed, sofa, equipped kitchen and bathroom and is on the top floor with elevator and balcony. Secure parking. No TV, too many things to do in Paris! Located 10 min walk to RER B, 12 min to RER D and line 12. Sheets and towels provided See you soon! The space You will have access to the entire apartment as well as free parking (please ask before you arrive). The apartment is very bright. Since I live in it, it is very well equipped with condiments, dishwashing liquid, sponges etc. Other things to note No parties This is my primary home, I live in it every day except when I go away for the weekend or on vacation, so please respect my living space.
