The space The property comprises a vaulted ceiling bedroom which includes a work space. There is a separate lounge incorporating a dining area and open plan kitchen which includes all usual cooking appliances. There is a compact bathroom with a shower cubicle. The Annex and our hotel quality linen is professionally cleaned after each guest stay to maintain the very highest of standards and quality. The annex provides parking for one vehicle. On occasions, but only subject to advance agreement, it might be possible to provide parking for an additional vehicle. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole annex building which is separated from the main building by a locked door. An outside dining table and chairs is provided for use around the annex. By separate agreement access can be provided to the main garden areas surrounding the property. Other things to note The Annex has been beautifully renovated. It is only suited for a maximum of 2 adults. We are unable to accept any reservations that include infants or children under the age of 12. We are also unable to accept any reservations that include pets or animals.
