Romantic getaway or Family retreat - We have everything you need to relax. Private Hot Tub overlooking the Molalla river, Classic Arcade cocktail table, Gas Fireplace, Fire pit, BBQ, The best swimming hole. We decorate for every season and most holidays. Covered porch with heater to enjoy your coffee and birdwatch. Stroll through the park next-door, take a ride on a mini-train or buy farm fresh eggs from our neighbor. Visit Silverfalls, Oregon coast or Mt. Hood. Fresh air and comfort awaits! The space Master Bedroom with queen (Puffy Lux) memory foam bed, night stands with lamps and phone chargers, heater, closet, dresser, luggage holders, desk and chair. Upstairs loft with full and two twin memory foam beds, night stands with lamps, heater/ac, skylight, kids reading area. Kitchen with everything you should need: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups-creamer-suger-decaf, french press, waffle maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, mixer, blender, baking sheet, paper products - towels - plates - bowls - cups - plastic wear, all the regular dishes. *no dishwasher. Dining room: table for 6, hutch with guest book, hot tub towels and slippers in basket by the door. Living room: Couch, loveseat, two chairs with ottomans, smart tv (swivels), coffee table, cupboard with games, giant Jenga, ceiling fan, heater/ac. Laundry room: Washer and dryer Bathroom: tiled shower with glass door, skylight, towels and extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, In case you forgot items (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, sunblock, feminine products, hair ties, q-tips, etc.) Porch: loveseat, chairs, table, small bench to place shoes, heater. Deck: Hot tub, BBQ, Table w/chairs, Umbrella Carport: single car, garbage can Guest access Self Check-in with lockbox. The entire cottage, property and riverfront is private and yours to explore. Other things to note Our house is located through the gate (which you may have to push open) at the end of Fawn lane.
