Entertainment for all!! Come enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath lakefront home! Home offers 2 floors of amazing entertainment space including pool table, ping pong, air hockey, usable dock for swimming, fishing or just relaxing, and breathtaking sunsets! 10 minutes from Kenyon College, MVNU, Gap trails within a few miles for access and 40 minutes to Snow Trails, Amish Country and Intel! The space 2 Bedrooms (each King size beds) and 2 full baths on upper level with full kitchen, family room and sunroom. Lower level offers 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 bunk beds), 1 full bath, small kitchenette, sunroom and all accessible without steps. Family room with gas fire place is the perfect space for movies or your favorite sporting event. The bunk room is a quad bunk bed, that we kindly ask you allow only smaller guests to use. Weight limit on bunks are under 150 lb per bed. TV's provided on both levels, poker/card table, pool table, ping pong on lower level for game night. 2 Washer/Dryers - one on each level Couch on lower level is a sleeper sofa, you're welcome to use if you do not want to do top bunks:) Both levels offer an amazing wrap around deck to enjoy views of the lake and sunsets. Usable dock and swimming available during the summer only. Bring your own tubes and floats to soak up the sun! Pool table/ping pong table, poker table, air hockey and pop a shot all on site to entertain everyone! If interested in long term renting for traveling professionals, please reach out! Owner's do have a few personal items on property so we do kindly ask you respect those that are marked. Linens and towels provided for each room and guest along with some toiletries to use. Guest access Guests are permitted on dock and able to swim and fish during season, but no use of any water craft vehicles will be given. (Lake is drained during the winter to prevent boathouse damage**) Apple Valley is a private lake, so no access to beaches, community center or pool unless accompanied by a current homeowner. Please do not use or walk on the Grey dock left of backyard. We kindly ask you use the concrete sidewalk on the right to access the brown dock. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Other things to note 10 guest limit, which we ask to keep at 6 adults and 4 children due to beds that are provided in home. You may bring additional air mattresses to use if you choose to. Guest making reservation must be over the age of 25. We do not allow any parties to be hosted, nor large family gatherings to comply with association rules and respect to neighbors. All cars must be parked at the bottom of the driveway, right of garage OR in the gravel area off the side of the driveway as you come down. Please do not park any cars lined up in the driveway. The grass area immediately at the bottom of the driveway near walkway up to sunroom, is NOT OUR property. Please stay off at all times. Quiet hours are 11 PM - 7 AM. Thank you!
