Situated in a wooded valley, Leat Mill is a spacious one bedroomed cottage attached to our home but completely private. The space The living room and bedroom are on the first floor to enjoy the countryside views. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room has a smart TV, reclining settee and french windows leading to a juliet balcony. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs the large kitchen diner has a door opening to the enclosed patio area. There is also a cloakroom. Full central heating and additional electric heaters. Guest access The whole annex is for your use together with the patio. There are also two lawned areas. One outside the property and one beside the river. Other things to note Dogs are welcome and we would ask that they are not left alone in the property. There is an enclosed outside space for them and plenty of other areas for them to exercise.
