UPSTAIRS has 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom • King size bed, balcony, semi-open en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Second bedroom • King size bed, which can be set-up as a twin bedroom (2 single beds), balcony Third bedroom - mezzanine • Queen size bed All bedrooms have AC, master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Please note, bedrooms can get hot during the day, especially mezzanine, cooling down fast after sunset. OUTDOORS • 14m lap pool (14m x 2.5m and 1.4m deep) • BBQ and fireplace • Car access road & gated private PARKING for 1 car • Our own private permaculture vegetable and flower garden is located at the back of the property. It has a tranquil roofed bench to catch a quiet moment while watching the bees and butterflies flap their wings. A beautiful Balinese water purification temple is just a few steps away at the bottom of our road. BREAKFAST is included! BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Please note that our 2 CATS ARE STAYING IN THE HOUSE, they are very independent and robot is feeding them. It is their home and we expect guest to treat them kindly. 2. We have tried our best to give good understanding of the area and certain aspects what you may not enjoy during your stay. 4. Our team (1-2ppl depending of the day) is at property daily between 07:00-12:00, to make sure that house, pool and garden are always in good condition. They will also prepare breakfast for you. 5. Upstairs BEDROOMS ARE HOT during the DAYTIME, especially mezzanine and master bedroom. AC's in every bedroom cools the rooms down faster after sunset. We encourage to keep downstairs doors & upstairs windows open during day to enjoy the cool breeze from the canyon. 6. Possible CONSTRUCTION NOISE from nearby properties. Guest access The indoor and outdoor property is as shown on photos. Guests do not have access to laundry or staff room (not shown on photos). Other things to note OUR 2 friendly CATS are LIVING IN THE HOUSE, robot is taking care of their feeding and they have their own cat flap to enter and exit the house. Please understand that this house is their home, our guests are expected to be kind and friendly with them. The gardeners are taking care of the garden. Daily housekeeping (limited hours 07:00-12:00) and breakfast is included! Occasional MONKEYS as Ubud Monkey Forest is just across the river.
