Casa Lua – Vacation apartment with beautiful views

The apartment Casa Lua is located in the idyllic district of Piedras Quebradas, just below El Guro and just under 2 kilometers from the beaches of Valle Gran Rey. From the planted terrace you have a beautiful view of the impressive mountain panorama of the upper valley – the ideal place to relax and linger! The space The house was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021 and the apartment is about 45 m2. The kitchen-living room with dining table has a well-equipped kitchenette. In the large bedroom is the double bed with continuous mattress and an armchair. In addition to the small table and the TV with satellite connection, there is also a chest of drawers and a large closet for clothes and suitcases. Adjacent to the hallway with wardrobe and mirror is the small bathroom with glass wall shower and toilet. Guest access A separate entrance on the first floor takes you to your terrace with a small seating area and couch. Next to the entrance door to the apartment is an illuminated key safe with a numerical code where you will find the house keys. Other things to note Registration form and check-in: The Spanish Registration Act applies to all Spanish provinces - including the Canary Islands. All guests (tourists) of a vacation rental or vacation home must be registered within 24 hours of arrival. There are high penalties for non-compliance. The landlord of the vacation property is responsible. Therefore, it is >mandatory< to submit the personal details of all adults before check-in, with whom your registration form will then be filled out.
