Parking for one petrol car next to apartment. Electric car power point is in the garage. Available between the hours of 7am and 9pm. This is a residential neighbourhood therefore, quiet times are between 10pm and 6am. Gated house with private parking area next to the apartment for one vehicle. Street parking for additional cars. Taxis available at Tunapuna Road. Special Terms and Conditions 1. Please submit bio data passport page of your and your guests at least 24 hours before arrival. 2. Please note host contact is turned off 10pm to 6am. 3. Rights of access to the apartment by host must be granted with at least one hour notice between the hours of 10am and 6pm if necessary and other times in case of emergency. 4. Only persons whose names are registered to stay will be permitted. 5. Government issued ID must be submitted for verification at check in. 6. Hot tub/ jacuzzi is not to be used after 9pm. 7. No parties or events allowed.
