Mountain views, lots of sunlight and that much needed rest is what you'll get in this cozy and spacious apartment in Arthur's Point. At only 10 minutes drive from Town, you'll be very close to everything Queenstown can offer, but secluded enough to feel you are in the mountains. We offer a fully equipped Apartment with private parking that is close to Coronet Peak and the Shotover river. The space The apartment is located in the second storey of our house. It has a private access directly to the stairs that lead into the apartment. There’s a large open area with a living room, dining room an kitchen. This area is separated to the staircase by a door, so it’s good for the safety of the little ones. From that large area you can access the balcony, where you can find an outdoor dining table to enjoy the mountain views. The other area of the apartment comprises the Bedroom, large closet and bathroom. This is also separated to the staircase by a door. Guest access Once you enter the door of the apartment in the ground floor, everything is for your private use Other things to note Please note that after opening the door of the apartment you will need to go through stairs as this is in the second storey of our house. There’s a TV with Netflix, Disney+, Neon and Amazon Prime included, you can also cast through your phone from any streaming app you may have. There’s no satellite TV.
