250 acre ranch on Richland Chambers Reservoir is home to this charming ranchhouse. BE AWARE This is an isolated rural spot. You may encounter scorpions, spiders, snakes, hogs, stray cattle, toxic plants, mesquite thorns, etc - GUESTS ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS. The space Our property has two available rental listings! Both listings include the use of our dock that is by the lake, as well as a pickle ball court. These are our SHARED amenities. The property is a working farm - so we have staff on site daily to care for animals and property. We have friendly farm dogs on site! Feel free to visit them but they are not allowed inside the house. They have plenty of places for shelter and are secured in a stall at night. Also, feel free to bring carrots and feed the free roaming horses. They pass by the main house on their way out in the mornings between 7:30-8am. So if you plan your coffee right - youll be able to bid them good morning! Winds carry our off so bring your own. -NO JUMPING FROM THE UPPER LEVEL OF THE DOCK! Waivers have to be signed by all guests! A link will be provided upon booking. No Other things to note THIS PROPERTY IS A LIVING HOME. Owners stay on site often and vacate to share their oasis with guests. Because of this - there may be signs of life in the home - toiletries, personal items, food in pantry. There is a dedicated fridge/freezer for guests! ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: - HORSE boarding - stalls and paddock onsite -We offer options for pontoon trips, guided fishing trips, and tubing.
