Guest access -Bedding for the sofa bed is provided for reservations of more than 2 guests. It is subject to availability. -If you are going to downtown Santiago by car, you can benefit from a special rate to park at Parking Catedral (C/Galeras 9-17). - We also have a luggage storage service at Parking Catedral for all guests who request it. Other things to note Our apartment is heated by energy-efficient air conditioning, which ensures, for all our guests, a comfortable indoor environment in all seasons of the year, providing both heating and cooling in a sustainable way. That is why we control the temperature directly from our central facilities, in a range between 19ºC and 23ºC. In addition, the roof of the building is equipped with a solar panel system that helps minimize the apartment's carbon emissions and reduces dependence on the conventional electricity grid. The combination of these elements makes our accommodation a sustainable and environmentally friendly option. As of 10.01.2025, in compliance with the new regulations of the Galician community, the Tourist Tax will be charged: 1€ per person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights.
