Our cottage is located in the historic Grandview Heights neighborhood which is the closest neighborhood to Downtown West Palm Beach. Our location within Grandview Heights is bordered by the downtown area making accessibility to all that downtown has to offer quick and easy. The kitchen has a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (No stove/oven). There are 2 mini split AC units (1 in bedroom and one in living area/kitchenette area)The unit has impact doors and windows throughout. **2025 Updates** To accommodate more Work From Home Travelers- we have upgraded the cottage with 1) A separate stronger wi-fi network (Previously- cottage shared wi-fi with our home) 2) Cottage now has a standing work desk (not pictured) Guest access Guests are limited to cottage and cottage patio.
