Ginger’s Lake Erie beach home, Angola, NY

Large family HOUSE. Sleeps 7. Close to sandy beach and beach access with stairs to the beach. New tile floors. Nice layout. Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed and daybed. 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing. The space My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. Wifi, air conditioning, kitchen, parking. This is a family friendly home. This is not a small cottage. Great for small groups. Beach theme decor. It is a full size home and a great value for the price. This a split level, two floor home. There are 6 STAIRS and a landing, then another six stairs to get to the next level. Children are welcome. There is a high chair, child gate,port-a-crib for infants. Cook in fully equipped large kitchen with spices on hand.. kitchen is downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs. Fresh linen, nice pillows. Washer and dryer available. Use the attached screened in garage, good sized fenced yard with outdoor furniture, driveway for 3-5 cars, grill, fire-pit, homemade corn hole boards, portable cooler, entire house. Some beach towels & supplies, 4 toggle boards, and cart. Free parking. Safe neighborhood. Must tell me if you are bringing a SMALL dog and agree to keep in the large crate when not there. You love your dog and want it with you but entails extra cleaning. Brush excess fur from your dog before your arrival. There is a $75 fee for bringing a SMALL DOG under 35 lbs. per trip which is cheaper than a kennel. My Airbnb value is not only the price which is lower than a one room hotel but it's the massively larger spaces (plus couches and a kitchen) located in more relaxing location. You can have the comfort of feeling like you're returning 'home' at the end of the day, rather than a small, uncomfortable hotel room in which you inevitably sit on the bed for lack of anywhere else comfortable. Cook in the kitchen, relax in the living room watching Netflix free or sit in the private yard, see the stars and hear the lake waves when its quiet. 4 bedroom house with 5 beds (2 are queen) is ONLY 2 blocks from beach. It is not right on the beach or else you would pay premium rates over $400 per night. Guest access Keypad entry through the front door. No keys required. When you leave the front door automatically locks and re-entry is easy using the passcode. Guests can access the garage and yard and all parts of the house. Once inside you may also use the second dead bolt lock. Garage and private kitchen door is also locked but you can unlock them once you are inside. KEYPAD CODE IS CHANGED AFTER EACH GUEST DEPARTURE. Other things to note Have you ever went Winter ice fishing? Sturgeon Point has great ice fishing. The nearby Lake Bay down the street has awesome winter formations known as ice volcanoes. Snowmobiling is available and local. Have a great summer stay, enjoy the vistas, natural beauty of the the nearby parks and beaches and the eateries locally. My airbnb is available for weekends during football season to go to the Buffalo Bills Football stadium. There is a cooler you can use for tailgating in the garage. There are some wooden steps you will have to go down to get to the beach.
