Room with private bathroom in Pitstone

A lovely house in the pretty village of Pitstone, nestled at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. Pitstone has a 17th century windmill and a village green for cricket. Ideally located just 3 miles from Tring, 7 miles from Leighton Buzzard, 8 miles from Aylesbury and 16 miles from Luton airport. The space Breakfast is included which is self-service in the kitchen/diner, consisting of tea, coffee, orange juice, cereals, toast and jams. Lovely double bedroom with own private bathroom. The bathroom isn't actually en-suite, but it's right next to the bedroom and isn't used by anyone else. The bedroom has a comfy double bed, bedside tables with lamps, double wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, hairdryer, chair, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, (tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets supplied), fan, extra blanket, TV and a full length mirror. The bathroom has a bath with overhead 'rainfall' shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Check-in is from 2pm, if I am not at home, self check-in with external key safe is available. Check-out 10am. Guest access There is free parking in my allocated parking space outside. Free WiFi. There is plenty of sightseeing nearby such as the Natural History Museum at Tring, Whipsnade Zoo, Dunstable Downs, Tring Reservoirs, Marsworth - Grand Union Canal, Berkhamsted Castle, Ashridge Estate, Ivinghoe Beacon, Wendover Woods and so much more. Other things to note Important; I have a rescue cat, he is friendly but please don't stroke him as he may bite when over excited. Best to just ignore him! There is a road nearby so you may hear some traffic noise. Please note, the use of the kitchen/diner is only available for breakfast. I am unable to offer cooking facilities (oven, air fryer, microwave etc) for guests to make evening meals I'm afraid. Check-in from 2pm. Check-out 10am.
