Private Loft with Pool, Sea and Barcelona Views

Independent and private loft apartment (100m2) with pool (shared with main house), a very big garden, and amazing views of Barcelona’s city, the sea and the mountains. The property is next to vineyards and several hiking routes. Alella is a popular wine town. There are several beaches close by, Barcelona is 20km away, and the airport 30 min by car. It is a perfect accommodation for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday close to the sea and mountains and be close to visit Barcelona city. The space It is a large (100m2) loft apartment with a king size bed, a sofa bed, and its own private bathroom. It has a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with TV (Netflix and Prime available). The loft has its own terrace with a table and umbrella to have breakfast or a coffee while enjoying the views. The loft has some gym equipment and yoga mat. In the kitchen space you will find: - Capsules Coffee maker - Induction cooking - Microwave with grilling function - Fridge with freezer - Toaster and Sandwich maker - Kettle - Tableware and cookware The Pool is saltwater and has a view to the garden, mountains and the skyline of Barcelona. It is a private pool only shared with the main house (where our family lives). We use it only sometimes when you are not around. In the pool area there is one additional full bathroom with shower, it is also for the private use of guests. There is free private parking available. Guest access The loft is located on the same estate as the main house (where my family and I live) but has privacy and an independent access. Other things to note We are a family of four and one friendly dog. We speak English, Spanish, Lithuanian, Russian and a little Dutch. The pool is shared with my family (we are 4) and we use it occasionally, only when you are not around. The loft has stairs to the private bathroom. Be aware in case you cannot or have difficulty to climb stairs. Only the registered people staying at the loft can enter the property. Friends/visitors are not allowed to enter.
