Brand new apartment with private heated pool

This special place is close to everything, the beach, the street vendors, central and new apartment! NOTE: The pool is turned on by the guest and takes at least 24 hours to heat up, so for stays of only 1 or 2 days, it is not guaranteed that the pool will be heated. Other things to note If you use my bed linens and towels, there will be a R$ 350.00 laundry fee.
