House in Mucugê

Have fun with the whole family and friends in this magical place that is Mucugê. And if you come to work, don't worry, we have a computer desk and 130Mb fiber optic internet. The house is 800 meters from downtown, on a super quiet and easily accessible street, close to the Byzantine Cemetery, Morro do Cruzeirão and Balneário, three of the many tourist attractions that the city has. I accept exchange of lodging. The space The house comfortably accommodates 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people (sofa bed or extra mattress). It has a double suite (where an extra mattress can be added on the floor) with a closet, dresser, TV, air conditioning and bathroom with hot shower and faucet and bathtub. The second bedroom has 1 single bed convertible to 2 single beds with a fan and computer desk. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The house has a second smaller bathroom, but also complete, with sink and hot shower. The kitchen is large and complete, with kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots), dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, popcorn maker, stove and refrigerator. We have a built-in tap filter and water bottle available to guests. The faucets in the suite and kitchen have hot water for colder days. We have a service area with a sink and washing machine. The living room is small, but right in front there is a balcony with an open backyard and a covered part. It has a garage for 1 car. In the backyard we have a hanging garden, which can be used, in moderation and with care, by guests. P.S. Other things to note Pets are not allowed, because of the plants, some are poisonous to pets, and it is not suitable for small children, because it contains many low furniture that can be dangerous if knocked down, because they are very heavy, in addition to having many breakable items.
