This 3/2 mountain home features a beautiful deck and a detached 1,200 sq. ft. game room—perfect for relaxing after a day of riding or driving. There’s plenty of room to park trailers, plus a two-stall garage for cars or motorcycles. The property is conveniently located just 50 yards off Highway 129, right after the Ted Jordan Bridge. A wash area with a hose is available for vehicles, and your group will love spending time in the game room complete with a pool table and poker table. The space Large living room with gas fireplace and 70" TV, plenty of seating. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes etc. Coffee pot/coffee cups. Master Bedroom, King Bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom, Queen bed and hall bathroom. Third bedroom is small with Twin bed and pullout twin underneath. (NOTE: the door can not be opened/closed with the lower bed pulled out. Washer/Dryer in a laundry room in master bedroom. (Note: it is a 70’s home we recently purchased and both bathrooms will be updated in 2025. They are both fine but we look forward to the updates during the winter months.) Screened porch with rockers. Detached building with Game Room upstairs and 3 car garage downstairs. 2 spaces are available in downstairs garage for motorcycles/cars. Plenty of parking available. Outside deck has plenty of seating, charcoal grill and fire pit. It is a large space for family/friends to enjoy however we limit the space to a Maximum of 6 guests. PLEASE no large groups. We are in a quiet neighborhood where many locals reside and we wish to be great neighbors and respect the tranquility of living on the lake. Guest access The house will be available to guests. Owners have private cabinets/closets that are locked for owner use only. Other things to note The property is waterfront with direct access to the lake via a 20' public easement. The easement can be accessed from the property directly to the dock. One of the inside dock spaces is reserved for our use. Renters can use whichever side is open at the time of their stay. Guests can bring their personal rafts/floats to enjoy the lake.
