Summit Beach Escape, Unit 150E, is a condo located on the incredible and scenic shores of Lake Michigan in Algoma, WI - right on the door steps of Door County! Walk right outside the patio and you are 40 feet from the lakefront! Launch your kayak, paddle board or sit on the beach while you watch the waves roll in. The location is an easy walk or bike ride to everything that Downtown Algoma has to offer, including shopping and a historic winery! Door County and Green Bay are 35 minutes away. The space Unit 150E, from the living room and dining area have the best views of our gorgeous Lake Michigan! Hang out on our comfy sectional couch, enjoy a movie, and the warmth from the gas fireplace! The kitchen is fully equipped. The nook off the kitchen has a fully stocked coffee station with a regular drip machine and a Keurig machine. We also include all the necessary fixings! There is also a counter to enjoy your morning coffee, or eat a snack, or set up as your workspace. The dining area, also giving you breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, seats up to 6 at the table. ***This property does not have air conditioning. There is usually a lake breeze, and there are two floor fans in the condo.*** Guest access From Unit 150E, you’ll have access to one of the best beaches around. The sounds of the waves and seagulls flying around are an incredible experience! You’ll also have access to the grill and fire pit, which is a shared space. Other things to note Summit Beach Escape, Unit 150E, is part of a condo association. All association rules must be followed. They are posted just inside the door of our condo, and a complete listing is in the house manual. Violations will each be assessed $75 fines, and fines will be passed onto the guest. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets, as the condo association strictly forbids guest animals of any kind. The grill and fire pit area is a shared space. There is no grilling allowed on the patio. Association violation fine is $100. The max capacity is 4 people. No unauthorized guests. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. ***This property does not have air conditioning.
