The space This is a condo unit on the North Tower of the Maple Leaf Square. It is right at the centre of Toronto’s most prestigious attractions. You may reach here from Toronto Pearson International Airport in 25 minutes through UP express train with ticket price of only $12CAD. CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Financial District, and countless other attractions are just steps away. Comparing with top hotel rooms, It has a bigger space and a family-oriented environment. Whatever brings you to Toronto, Square 45 is your perfect base. Guest access According to the Building Rules, Airbnb guests must be escorted by a registered resident when using the amenities. Key fobs cannot access the swimming pool. To use the pool, a reservation must be made by a registered resident who then retrieves a wristband from security and escorts the guests to the pool and remains with them until they are done. For the gym and the sauna room, key fobs can access them and no reservation is required. The condo management stressed that unescorted guests are considered violating the Building Rules. Due to this reason, the commercial insurance policy we bought for short term rental may not cover the damage or injury experienced by the guests or caused by the guests when they use the gym or the sauna room without escorting. Because I do not live in the building when guests are here (it takes me one hour to arrive the suite through the subway), escorting guests to the amenities is impossible.
