This stunning location really is the best spot in Opotiki. Massive views out to sea and picturesque sunsets. The cottage is located up a private driveway with plenty of off road parking. There’s even room for your boat. We welcome dogs, but there is a fee of $50 per pet. The property is fully fenced which is fantastic for the kids. There is a paddock for the horse by arrangement. There is an outdoor shower for after beach visit. Only 2min drive to beach and cycle trail. The space The queen bedroom has great views out to sea. The super king bedroom can be made into two single beds on request. The set of bunks are more suitable for children, but can take a small adult. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage. Also outdoor shower. And large section for family and pets. There’s even a swing under the old walnut tree. Other things to note There is room for a tent if you have friends wanting to come stay as well. Will just be $40 per person, per night. By arrangement. Please clean bbq before you leave. There will be an extra fee of $50 if left uncleaned. Also 1 x large 1 x small e-bikes to hire. $80 per day each.
