There are 3 steps to climb from driveway to your private entrance door of this first floor apartment( one floor above the ground floor). Inside the entrance there are 12 step stairs that will take you up to the apartment. Smoking, use of illegal drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment. No pets allowed. There is a security camera at the entrance to protect our guests and property. it faces outwards, there are no cameras or recordings inside the apartment. This location is ideal for visitors to SUNY and to explore all that Brockport has to offer. its about 20 minutes to Rochester with all its dinning and entertainment. Finger lakes and wineries are about 1.5 hours away. Buffalo and Niagara falls are about 1.5 hours drive. Hamlin beach on Lake Ontario 11 miles.
