Our home is in the highly sought after Clintonville neighborhood; full of local boutiques, restaurants and breweries. ✦Living Room ✦ -Gorgeous sunlight from our west facing living room -Centered around a wood burning fireplace (fire log provided) -Roku Smart TV for all your streaming and watching needs -Easy access to the shaded and comfortable front porch -We offer an assortment of reading options, activity books, and adult coloring books for leisure and relaxation -Guests may use the yoga mats, perfect for stretching or yoga on the porch, back yard, or in the sunny living room. **Please note if you are extremely sensitive to fireplace smells, the wood burning aroma can be slightly noticeable, particularly in the winter months.** ✦Dining Room✦ -The living room opens up to a cozy dinette featuring a rustic dining table with a bench and chair seating for up to 6. ✦Kitchen✦ -Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen -With cooking spices, oils, condiments and a coffee station, guests will have everything they need to make a meal, entertain, and prepare their morning coffee or tea. -Our coffee station includes a pink Keurig, kcups, creamer, sugar, tea, coffee bean grinder, and a stove top espresso maker. -Cook a wonderful meal on the gas stove or heat up left overs in the microwave. -Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks & waters ✦Bedrooms✦ -This home offers two bedrooms & two queen sized beds -Each bedroom has a desk space to "work away" from home or use them as your get ready space for a night out. -Full length mirrors are in each room as well and a ceiling fan in bedroom 1. -We leave extra pillows and blankets to customize your sleeping preferences. ✦Bathroom✦ -Enjoy our newly remodeled bath/shower in the very pink bathroom with hand painted tile floors and modern sconce lighting -We have individual soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. -Guests can help themselves to our "got your back" bin. It is full of items such as bandaids, individually packaged toothbrushes, etc. -We also offer guests spa items, such as epsom salt to relax in the bath. -The hall closet has ample towels, backup linens, bath mats, and washcloths. ✦Front Porch✦ -Enjoy the view of the gorgeous neighborhood from our shaded, pink themed front porch -The front porch offers seating for 2 & a small table -The morning light is incredible here and guests enjoy a sunrise cup of coffee in this cozy space. ✦The Garden & Back Yard✦ -Enjoy the warm summer months or cooler fall temps in the private garden. -Our fire pit hangout is tucked away beyond light up garden arches. This space has ample privacy via the tall wooden fence and offers several seating options. Firewood can be purchased just a few minutes away. -The backyard is fully fenced with a small gate at the driveway. -Right off the kitchen, guests can enjoy intimate outdoor meals around a 2 person outdoor dining set -During the warmer months, feel free to take herbs or veggies from the garden if you would like - or cut fresh hydrangeas or roses to add to a vase in the house. -This place is meant to make you happy! ✦Parking✦ -Our guests can enjoy free parking in the driveway or on the street -Driveway parking can fit 2-3 cars -If needed, there's also ample street parking (please be aware of any signs and do not block driveways **Please note: there is a garage on the property / at the end of the driveway - this garage if off limits to guests. Guest access Guests may access all areas of the home, private fenced yard, and driveway. We ask guests to please enter and exit via the back door. The detached garage and basement are not accessible. Otherwise, our 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out time stands. -The home is a ranch style home with guest access locations all on 1 floor. The bathroom is conveniently located steps away from the bedrooms. However, there are 3 steps to get into the home. Guests must be comfortable with a few stairs. -While there is ample space between homes, please consider that this is a residential neighborhood. All guests must respect quiet hours and know that they might hear the occasional car, kiddo playing, and regularly neighborhood noises. -Our home is accessed via smart lock, making it convenient for contactless entry. We will provide a code 1 day in advance and have an emergency key should you need it.
