You'll have access to everything you need in this location, without having to rely on a car. We are close to the most varied shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the Atlântico mall. Location: Ed. Ipacaray - Av. Atlântica, 1800. Apartment on the 5th floor. We rent to families and couples. We do not rent to groups of young people. The space Our space has Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV in the living room, HDTV, suite TV, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, sandwich maker, vacuum cleaner, blender, water drinking fountain, well-equipped kitchen. 8-seat dining table. Laundry equipped with washer and dryer. We have 3 bedrooms, 1 of them being an en-suite, all of them with air-conditioning and a standard double bed and a social bathroom. We provide 2 extra single mattresses and the sofa can be converted into a bed. 2 of the rooms have a workbench for the work area, if needed. The garage is private, easy to access, and fits a van. We are not responsible for changing or washing bed and bath linens during the lease. Condomínio is familiar, with camera system and concierge 24h in summer and 4pm in winter. Guest access - You will have access to the entire apartment.
