The space Located in the outskirts of Jaco but within walking distance to the beach and surf spots, hundreds of cafes and shops, we are close enough to everything but still far enough from all the action and business in our town for you to feel at peace. The bottom floor is a studio and the top floor is a one bedroom. The units feature modern designs, inviting spaces, comfortable lounge areas, great WIFI, AC and everything you need to enjoy Costa Rica’s beautiful Pacific coast. Bedrooms The bedrooms have top of the line queen size beds and 5-star hotel quality linens. The windows provide plenty of natural light but also include blackout curtains. The rooms feature a queen size bed and frame made from local Costa Rican wood, unique accent night lamps and chic wallpaper that give it a classic elegant look. Bathrooms: The bathrooms feature all of your necessities including towels, cloths and environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner. The high ceilings, concrete walls & counter top and mirror give you a modern city feel in the heart of Costa Rica’s famous beach town. Each unit includes its own full bathroom. Kitchen: Our modern and stylish kitchen has electric stovetops and concrete countertops. Fully equipped, comes with: - Fresh Costa Rican coffee. - Full fridge and freezer. - Blender. - Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives. - Microwave. - Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs. - Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. - Reusable containers. - Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper. Outdoor area: Our common outdoor area has a beautiful secluded pool area, lounge chairs, outside shower, and gathering terrace. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing and exploring everything Jaco has to offer. Guest access This unit has access to a laundry area with a modern washer and dryer tower. Guests also have access to a shared secluded pool, outside shower and gathering terrace. \We have two parking spaces on site that are available for guests free of charge. If additional spaces are required, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. Other things to note Please note that the pool is a shared space located in the center of all the suites. We kindly ask you for your cooperation in maintaining order and adhering to the schedule which is from 7am to 9pm. Thank you
