Our spacious home has some of the best views of Smiths Lake on the dress circle from every living area & every bed theres a beautiful view. Great as a family or couple getaway to catch up with friends to come together but still have spaces for privacy. Our home has been fully renovated, is air conditioned & has a beautiful well equipped kitchen with loads of deck space to relax. This really feels like a home to lounge & relax in! Your close to beautiful beaches to swim snorkel dive & fish. The space No ordinary holiday destination. With the living area’s upstairs, a fully stocked kitchen that’s a cooks dream, 3 meter island to gather around and have breakfast, a separate dinning area, TV area with lounge and a separate sitting/bar area with leather lounge, both lead out onto the expansive covered deck that has outdoor dining for six and a relaxing wicker day bed for a snooze. Our kitchen has a wall oven & grill, induction stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bread maker, rice maker, pots and pans, baking trays/dishes and all the utensils. Dine in style with a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there’s Two Queen bedrooms that have lake and ocean views and lead out onto their own expansive decks, a main bathroom and a separate shower and laundry room. A few more steps down is the studio with its own external entrance, queen bed, its own sitting and dinning area, kitchenet and private full bathroom. Ocean views from all rooms. Guest access There is off street park at the front off the lane way, walk into the fenced front courtyard with BBQ area that leads into the homes upstairs living spaces. Down stairs you’ll find the bedrooms and bathroom areas, next level down is the self contained Studio 38 and the lower grassed area fire pit.
