With 31 sqm of living space, one bedroom and a daylight bathroom, this apartment on the second floor offers plenty of space for up to two people. The bright living-dining area also has a fully equipped kitchenette and a small counter with two chairs. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom offer a beautiful view of the courtyard below. The space Located in the middle of the idyllic old town of Heppenheim, on the southern Hessian mountain road, you will stay comfortably in one of the eight apartments in the historic half-timbered house, which was completely renovated in 2022. Around 1820, the property was first built for a tobacco factory, later used as a department store and for private housing. With a lot of commitment to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special character and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us in this sense.
