Looking for a stylish and well-situated place in Aarhus? And fond of cats? We are looking for short term tenants who can take care of our two Burmese cats, 'Sky' and 'Europa', while we are away. Our place is a cosy 117 sqm apartment with a large combined kitchen and dining area, a cosy living room with a desk and a sofa (where it is also possible to sleep), a quiet bedroom with a king size bed and a children’s room. Free parking in our garage just across the street The space The apartment has four rooms: living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom and children’s room. The beds in the children's room are for smaller children (up to 6 and 9 years). For older children we have a nice big couch in the living room - or a mattress in the children's room. The double bed in the bed room is a king size bed (200 x 180 cm) We renovated the entire apartment in 2019-21, respecting the many historic details of the building. This means that many things are original, for instance the doors. In other words: handle the apartment with care and take into consideration that the person living in the flat below can hear heavy footsteps etc. Guest access Please do not use the children's room. The door isn't locked, but we promised our two sons that guests will stay out ;-) Other things to note Our cats are indoor cats. They are very social and fond of guests. They need to be fed once or twice a day. When you book the apartment, we'll tell you more about how to take care of them, but it is basically very easy and we guarantee that the company of our cats will be an unforgettable supplement to your stay in Aarhus ;-) The garage is situated across the street at Herluf Trolles Gade 3 - it is some 30 metres on your right when leaving from the backyard. Our area of Aarhus, Trøjborg, is a neighbourhood that is both quiet and lively. In Tordenskjoldsgade you will find a lot of different shops, cafes, bars and even a cinema. The nearest grocery store is '365 discount' in Tordenskjoldsgade only 200 metres away
